Payment
Payment for our services is due upon completion of the project. We accept payment by bank transfer or credit card.

Copyright
The content and design of the websites created by Help Guru are the property of the client upon payment in full. The client is responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions for any content used on their website.

Termination
Help Guru reserves the right to terminate any project at any time for any reason. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment for any work completed up to the point of termination.

Liability
Help Guru is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our website or services. The client is solely responsible for ensuring that their website complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions
Help Guru reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and it is the client’s responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of our website and services after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
