Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality design services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary.

Our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation of Services
If a client cancels a project before any work has been completed, they are entitled to a full refund. If a project has been partially completed, the client will be responsible for payment for any work completed up to the point of cancellation.

Defective Work
If a client finds that the work provided by Help Guru is defective, we will work with the client to correct the issue at no additional cost. If the issue cannot be satisfactorily resolved, the client may be eligible for a partial refund.

Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, the client must contact Help Guru in writing within 14 days of receiving the final product. The request must include a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund.

Please note that our refund policy does not apply to issues arising from changes requested by the client or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and it is the client’s responsibility to review this policy regularly.

This refund policy is effective as of January 7, 2023.
